Fall Tree

I used oil pastel to create a fall tree with a swirling background. Not my usual medium. I've been teaching this to first graders this week so the rich oil pastel called out to me!

Rusty Kitty

We're thinking about getting another cat because Rusty is starting to get wacky since Maggie died. He is not content to be by himself but demands constant attention. We think he's lonely. He's almost like a dog! Right now he's fetching a toy up and down the basement stairs.
